Papa Plumbing has been a good standing member of the Better Business Bureau since 1999. We did have a couple of issues with our customers, as you can see from our online report:
We did our best to resolve the issues fairly with the customers. The BBB was there through every step, they mediated the disputes and provided communication between us and the customer. We can usually solve customer issues over the phone, but sometimes it is necessary for the BBB to mediate. The BBB is an excellent organization, and whether you choose Papa or any other company, you should check out their standing with the BBB.
